Descripción del trabajoAsiste en la gestión d la administración de los riesgos legales de la empresa, con especial énfasis en asuntos contenciosos y comerciales. Asiste en el monitoreo y gestión de riesgos legales y de cumplimiento normativo de la Compañía. Responsable, de ser el caso, de cumplir lo indicado en el Manual de Gestión de Continuidad del Negocio. Responsable, de ser el caso, del Cumplimiento de la Seguridad de la Información, de acuerdo a lo indicado en el Manual de Políticas para la Gestión de la Información y Ciberseguridad. Responsable, en lo que corresponda, del Cumplimiento del Manual de Lavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo. Responsable de administrar los riesgos relacionados al logro de los objetivos de su unidad.
Egresado o licenciado en derecho.
Contar con un año de experiencia en asesoría legal, de preferencia con conocimiento de seguros y temas financieros, protección al consumidor y protección de datos personales.
Inglés nivel intermedio.
Uso de paquete MS Office, organización, Legal tech.
