We’re hiring a Senior Systems Support Engineer (Level 3) to join a top-ranked Managed Services Provider with 50+ years serving the legal and SMB community across Southern California. We’re looking for someone who thrives in client-facing roles, loves tackling escalations, and can build and support modern Azure environments. If you’re highly skilled in Microsoft, networking, and MSP tools and want to join a team that invests in you, this is it.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments
• Design, configure, and support multi-user Azure environments as well as hybrid Microsoft 365 deployments
• Lead project-based work : server builds, cloud migrations, Citrix rollouts, network infrastructure upgrades
• Document projects, processes, and environments in IT Glue or equivalent tools
• Support legal vertical tools including Citrix, NetScaler, and law firm–specific applications
• Manage and troubleshoot networking environments (SonicWALL firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, HPE servers / storage)
• Collaborate directly with SMB and enterprise clients while balancing autonomy with accountability
