We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Calling and Lead Generation Specialist for Commercial Real Estate to join our growing team. The role requires someone who is both skilled at online research and comfortable making a high volume of phone calls every day. You will be responsible for sourcing information on and engaging potential capital providers for our commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage firm, with a focus on the U.S. market. This includes conducting targeted research across multiple channels to uncover lender and investor criteria and then reaching out by phone to qualify their interest in active opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and adept at gathering and analyzing information online while confidently engaging prospects over the phone. This position offers the chance to develop expertise in real estate capital markets while making a direct impact on the growth of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Engagement : Implement deal specific outreach strategies (cold calling and email campaigns) to gauge interest in active opportunities, and nurture them toward further discussions.
• Appointment Setting : Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team, ensuring a smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
• Phone-Based Research : Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
• Web-Based Research : Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
• Database Research : Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Collaboration : Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
• Reporting : Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
• Market Intelligence : Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
