Base pay range

Position Summary
A hybrid role combining tech administration, automation, and sales enablement. You will support the success of our accounts and sales reps by handling tech stack related tasks, overseeing our tech stack (including CRM, Zapier, OnceHub, dialers, and related tools), and collaborating with the Director of Sales Ops and the marketing team to ensure funnels and systems operate effectively from a technical perspective. Thorough training on our platforms, systems, processes, and workflows will be provided. You should bring foundational tech automation skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team’s growth with a dynamic, tech-focused role
- Assist the Director of Sales Ops with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps
- Ensure new sales reps are correctly set up from a tech stack perspective before going live
- Help implement and set up new tech stack, systems, and processes
- Coordinate with the brand’s marketing team on lead flow initiatives
- Build and manage tech integrations using Zapier in systems like Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, OnceHub, etc.
- Build out automations and workflows in the CRM under guidance
- Create new reports and dashboards in the CRMs
- Complete the CRM configuration SOP for new accounts
- Manage OnceHub activity, update booking links, pages, resource pools, and ensure accuracy of related documentation
- Own tech stack items in launching a new sales engine SOP
- Upload and update trainings in the sales resource center
- Act as a resident expert on sales systems and processes
- Monitor rep adherence to CRM processes across sales teams
- Troubleshoot lead flow, CRM integrations, or other tech-related issues
- Ensure data accuracy in Looker Studio
