Role Summary And Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. You will lead the strategy and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns spanning Social Media and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Responsibilities
- Cross-Channel Strategy : Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that encompass Social Media and SEM, ensuring synergy between both platforms to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning : Create comprehensive marketing plans with objectives, KPIs, targeting strategies, timelines, and budget allocation.
- Budget Management : Manage and optimize campaign budgets for cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the execution of campaigns across Social Media and SEM, including setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Analysis and Reporting : Analyze results, generate performance reports, and present recommendations for optimization.
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of Social Media and SEM specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- End-to-End Service : Manage the full campaign lifecycle from planning to delivery and post-performance analysis.
- Stay Up-to-Date : Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Social Media and SEM, adapting strategies to stay competitive.
- Client Relationship Management : Focus on client growth and satisfaction, reflecting end-to-end ownership of the client relationship.
Skills And Experience
7 - 9 years of experience in digital marketing3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management : act as primary point of contact, presenting strategies, results, and recommendationsProven experience in budget management and campaign execution across both disciplinesStrong understanding of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teamsGoogle Ads and Social Media platform certifications are a plusLife At WPP Media & Benefits
