Base pay range

1. Payroll Process Execution

（1）Independently handle payroll changes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and reassignments (e.g., salary structure configuration, deduction setup).

（2）Assist in biweekly payroll processing, calculating and verifying the accuracy of all payroll components (e.g., overtime, bonuses, 401(k), FSA, federal / state tax deductions, and social security contributions).

2. Compliance & Tax Support

（1）Understand U.S. 401(k), FSA, and tax policies to provide support for basic employee inquiries (e.g., tax withholding adjustments, benefit allocations).

（2）Learn and implement payroll compliance checks, supporting the team in audit preparedness and regulatory adherence.

（1）Collaborate with HR teams to manage payroll-related aspects of attendance records and benefit plans (e.g., 401(k) enrollment, insurance).

（2）Resolve employee payroll inquiries (e.g., salary breakdowns, deduction details) and assist in resolving simple disputes.

4. System Operations & Optimization

（1）Operate payroll software (e.g., ADP) and maintain the accuracy of payroll databases.

（2）Participate in process optimization projects (e.g., automating payroll calculations, integrating data systems).

1. Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Major in Human Resources, Accounting, Data Science, or related fields.

2. Experience & Skills

(1) HR-related experience preferred (e.g., employee relations, Shared Services Center (SSC), Payroll).Individual tax / payroll work experience in multinational corporations is preferred.

(2)Understand HR systems (e.g., ADP) and proficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables).

(3) Strong interdepartmental communication skills, able to collaborate with Finance and IT teams.

(4) Fluent in English, verbal and written; Mandarin is a plus.

3. Soft Skills

(1) Attention to detail, capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure and meeting deadlines.

(2) Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
