Position Summary
The Channel Account Manager is responsible for achieving revenue goals through developing and managing a network of assigned resellers. Duties include establishing and executing account plans with partner firms, focusing on sales growth, promoting NCR solutions including DI, and penetrating customer accounts. Utilize internal and external resources to support initiatives, resolve support issues, and identify new market opportunities. Develop an understanding of reseller environments and create strategic plans to grow NCR’s solutions.
