$150,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr

We are seeking an experienced and driven Controller to lead and oversee all aspects of our day-to-day accounting operations. This is a critical leadership role with the opportunity to shape and scale the accounting function in a high-growth, dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, drive financial strategy, and manage key processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You\'ll Do :

• Lead daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a Senior Accountant, with plans to grow the team as the business scales.
• Own and optimize our ERP system (NetSuite), with a focus on automation and scalable process improvements.
• Serve as a key strategic partner to Finance and leadership, contributing to financial strategy and internal controls.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls in line with GAAP and industry best practices.
• Support annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of additional strategic and operational projects as assigned.
