Enterprise Business (Digital Signage) Head
The Enterprise Business (EB) Head will be responsible for leading Samsung’s EB portfolio, including Monitors, LCD Signage, LED Signage and VXT, in the Peruvian market. This role involves overseeing Product Management (PM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing activities to achieve revenue, market share and profitability goals.
The position requires a strong cross-functional leader capable of aligning business strategy with local market needs, fostering collaboration with regional EB leadership and driving a customer-centric approach in both B2B and B2C segments.
The focus will be on delivering growth across the EB portfolio, improving operational efficiency and expanding market share through strategic partnerships and vertical market opportunities, with the important role to co-work with B2B Integrated Offering Team to align and execute the strategy towards “One Samsung” approach.
Job Description
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the EB strategic plan for Peru, aligning with LATAM regional directives and corporate EB objectives.
- Translate regional EB strategies into actionable market-specific plans for Monitors, LCD Signage, LED Signage and VXT solution.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential vertical markets (e.g., retail, education, corporate and others) and coordinate with channel partners to address them.
- Own EB sales and market share targets, with a focus on high-value, project-driven opportunities.
- Lead Business Opportunities pipeline development and forecasting.
- Expand market presence by engaging with system integrators, distributors and end-users to secure spec-in opportunities and preferred vendor status.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the EB team (PM, SCM, Sales, and Pre-sales), building a high-performance, customer-focused culture.Coordinate with Marketing to maintain consistent brand execution and messaging across all touchpoints.Build strategic relationships with consultants, system integrators, industry associations and large-scale project stakeholders to secure specification and procurement preference.Collaborate with B2B Integrated Offering Team to align and execute strategies promoting the “One Samsung” approach.Product & Solution Implementation
Ensure the successful launch and adoption of new EB products in the Peruvian market.Co-develop localized GTM strategies for flagship EB products, ensuring clear differentiation for target stakeholders and business partners.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in electronics or related sectors, with proven success in sales growth and market development.Strong experience in Digital Signage productsStrong background in product solution selling, consultant / partner engagement, vertical market penetration and channel management.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
