• Descripción : Prestar soporte técnico especializado a la red Microondas de equipos Ceragon en la región.
• Responsabilidades y deberes :
• Visita programada para Mantenimiento preventivo a cada una de las estaciones de la red.
• Ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento correctivo en las estaciones que así lo requieran.
• Elaboración de reportes por cada atención de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Soporte remoto para diagnóstico y solución de fallas.
• Coordinación activa de las actividades y reportes con el supervisor inmediato.
