Location : Supervisor Call Center, San Isidro, Bancario.

Responsibilities

Energized version : Ensure and monitor closely and continuously the professional level of service and other related activities in real time during the shift.
Short & punchy : Empower your crew, hit those targets, and raise the bar on what great service looks like.
Growth-focused : Coach and uplift your team to achieve their best, boosting both performance and the customer experience.

Qualifications

Languages : Fluent in spoken, written, and read English. Comfortable communicating across multicultural settings.

Tech Savvy : Advanced user of digital tools including MS Office, email platforms, and other workplace software.

Teamwork & Networking : Strong collaboration skills, conflict-resolution abilities, and comfort working with diverse perspectives and cultures.

Strategic Thinking : Quick to analyze problems and identify practical solutions. Experienced in team management and performance monitoring.

Communication & Persuasion : Clear communicator of company policies and procedures. Exceptional argumentation skills to build understanding and alignment.

Adaptability & Stress Management : High stress tolerance and agility in responding to fast-changing situations.

Schedule Flexibility : Available to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Always ready to adapt to changing schedules and team needs.
