Sólidas habilidades en talent sourcing (boolean search como técnica principal) y diversas herramientas de reclutamiento (LinkedIn Recruiter, principalmente). Experiencia trabajando con algún ATS, es un plus. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de reclutamiento acelerado y cambiante, impulsado por métricas y plazos. Dominio de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio. Modalidad de trabajo : híbrida. Trabaja de lunes a viernes. Salario acorde al mercado. Día libre por cumpleaños. Descuentos corporativos.

- Manteneryconstruirbasessanasdecandidatos,atravésdelainvestigacióndemercadoylagestióncontinua.
- Desarrollarunaestrategiadereclutamientocreativaydedicadaparaidentificarcandidatospasivosyactivos.
- Asegurardequesecumplanlosobjetivossemanalesymensualesdepresentaciónycontratación.
- CrearyactualizartodoslosinformesdentrodenuestroATS,administrandotodalainformación_demanera_correctaydetallada.
- Promoveryllevaracaboestrategiasdebúsquedadirecta,atravésdetodosnuestroscanalesdereclutamiento,incluyendoredessociales,bolsasdetrabajo,motoresdebúsqueda,etc.
