We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager – Employee Benefits to take ownership of a dedicated client portfolio. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your clients — ensuring their benefits programs run seamlessly, building strong relationships, and leading a team that delivers exceptional service every day.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, ensuring outstanding service & results
- Oversee renewals, plan changes, and new client onboarding
- Identify opportunities to enhance client plans and expand Altum’s impact
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in employee benefits (GC / level-funded / self-funded)Active health insurance license (required)Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhy You’ll Love Working Here
