Responsibilities
- Build, install, test, and maintain complex prototype vehicles by integrating mechanical, electrical, electronic, and computer engineering in the automotive field for a German leading car manufacturer. The responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electromechanical problems, performing routine maintenance on test benches & AutoLab, and assisting in the design and development of new prototype vehicles. They must possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to ensure systems function seamlessly and safely at production and assembly stages.
System Integration and Assembly
Installing and assembling mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components for prototype vehicles.Installation and Testing
Setting up and testing hardware and software for prototype vehicles.Maintenance and Repair
