Appointment Setter (Remote)

We're seeking an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team! (Fully Remote)

People residing in  all of Latin America.

Work Schedule :  Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST

Language :   Near-native English (C1 / C2) with a neutral accent.

THE ROLE

The role is for an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our sales people. Valatam’s clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer / telephone tasks.

Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please , until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities :

Our current pay rate for this full-time (40hrs / week) role is $3 / hr base, $500 / month + $50 per qualified appointment (US$1500 On Target Earnings). More information about the payment structure will be discussed further in the process.
