Role And Responsibilities

  • kümmerst dich um offene Posten aus Forderungen
  • bist Ansprechpartner für Anfragen von externen / internen Stakeholdern im Zusammenhang mit Forderungen
  • verwaltest E-Store-Konten und Zahlungen
  • stimmst quartalsweise die offenen Forderungen ab
  • übernimmst die Kreditkontrolle
  • arbeitest tatkräftig mit beim Abschluss (insbesondere im Bereich Forderungen)

Skills And Qualifications

  • verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium vorzugsweise im Bereich Finance
  • bringst zusätzlich zu deiner Ausbildung erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting mit
  • bist zahlenaffin und hast eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on Mentalität“ und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • zählst analytisches und vernetztes Denken sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise zu deinen Stärken
  • überzeugst durch professionelles und souveränes Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • bringst sehr gute MS-Office (insbesondere Excel) und SAP-Kenntnisse mit
  • hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • bist eine engagierte, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
