We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager – Employee Benefits to take ownership of a dedicated client portfolio. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your clients — ensuring their benefits programs run seamlessly, building strong relationships, and leading a team that delivers exceptional service every day.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, ensuring outstanding service & results
Oversee renewals, plan changes, and new client onboarding
Identify opportunities to enhance client plans and expand Altum’s impact
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in employee benefits (GC / level-funded / self-funded)

Active health insurance license (required)

Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
