Sales Director - Fintech Digital Banking (French speaker)

My client is a well established Fintech SaaS software provider with an extensive Digital Banking solution and a well established client base.

We are looking for a Sales Director to manage a small sales team, expand and close existing and new opportunities to retail and investment banks, payment providers across the DACH region.

Requirements

• Languages : Native / Fluent French speaker / German a plus
• The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in banking infrastructure.
• Experience in selling digital transformation solutions, not just products – this includes combining bespoke products development, professional services, hosting services, etc.
• Proven experience in building and managing sales teams across the DACH region.
• Well established network and client base in the FSI market in the region.
• Previous experience in working for a Consulting & or System Integrator a plus (McKinsey, Capco, Accenture, , EY, Deloitte etc….
• Experience selling to multiple levels within an organization – up to CxO levels
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining account relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Master’s degree from leading Swiss / leading global university.
